Very nice, you did an awsome job, i expecially love the legs and head :)
I just have 1 suggestion, to make him perfect. The wings look good, except they dont show lift. On a bird the wings stretch right back to its tail to give lift. This is the same with a dragon. The wing's skin should reach back to its hind legs on his back :) this will allow this cutie to fly lol, sorry many people do this i just like to point it out :) Otherwise you draw a million times better then me
